Every person is already whole;
the steering wheel is in the hands of who you are now.
As you read on, each section ends with a small tag: Belief is how we see the world. It does not need to be, and cannot be, proven by science; Choice is what we have decided to do; Checkable is what can be looked at with data, and for the most part there are no results yet.
Photo: Gian F. Rodríguez / UnsplashWe believe each of us is like a drop thrown off from one great sea: each whole in ourselves, and connected to one another. Being good to others is, in the end, being good to ourselves.
Each of us takes our own time to understand ourselves. Slow does not mean behind.
Some circumstances we cannot choose, but how we respond decides what that experience becomes.
“You can picture it, a bit like the sea. When it throws up a wave, the single drop of spray that falls from it, that one droplet, is us.”
The last line is how we look at our own experience. We do not use it to explain what happens to other people.
Photo: eduard / UnsplashThe body is like a partner driving the same car. Emotion, intuition and body are all invited in; who takes the wheel when is arranged by who you are now. We call it "co-driving".
Growing does not have to wait for a breakdown. Lack of sleep affects judgments that call for thinking on your feet, so sleeping well and resting well are what clear thinking depends on.
What we want is not to escape reality, but to bring clarity back into everyday life: work, money, body, relationships.
“I choose to stop growing through pain. I choose to complete my evolution through love, wisdom and steadiness.”
The link between sleep and judgment has research behind it: Harrison, Y., & Horne, J. A. (2000). The impact of sleep deprivation on decision making: A review. Journal of Experimental Psychology: Applied, 6(3), 236–249. doi.org/10.1037/1076-898X.6.3.236
“Body and soul are partners” is our belief. That sleep affects judgment is something research has laid out. We keep the two things apart.
Photo: Vanessa Krebs / UnsplashThe Root Codes are a map: twelve ways of operating that help you see how you most naturally do things. A doorway, not a label.
Where do the Root Codes come from? Molly says: “The 12 Root Codes are what I put together over many years of observing people, keeping records and drawing out patterns, together with intuition. In organizing and naming them, AI was my conversation partner. They are now being validated continuously with test data.”
Your state shapes how you speak, how you speak shapes the choices you make, and it also shapes how others respond to you. This is a hypothesis we want to test, and for now there is no conclusion.
We listen to every inner voice, and "the self of this moment" decides and owns the consequences. We call it the "governing layer".
“…The 12 Root Codes are a strength everyone has. I am only letting people know what you are better at… but in fact you have every one of them.”
Root Codes are only a doorway. Add Inner Drive and Inner Archetype, and you have a fuller picture of yourself.
Whether the 12 Root Codes can steadily describe how a person operates is still being validated. For now we draw no conclusion of "accurate" or "effective".
The Root Code Test looks at your state right now, and that changes.
Photo: Pierre Goiffon / UnsplashGood teachers, courses and tools make you need them less the more you use them. So we build in "graduation": when you no longer need the tool, that is success.
The most effective way to influence people is not to teach, but to live in a way others can see and practice, and then to lay the path out as a structure others can walk to the end on their own.
Very strong inner experience has to be put into language that ordinary people can use and check, so that it does not hurt anyone and can travel far.
“This world no longer needs more leaders. What this world truly lacks is people who can take responsibility for their own lives.”
Talk of the soul or of frequency is our interpretive framework. We say it as "I believe" and "in Frequency Civilization's view", and we do not use scientific terms to back it up.
Neuroscience and behavioral research are what count as facts we can cite, and we include them only with a source. We do not use the latter to prove the former.
“Don't sell spirituality as science, and don't use scientific arrogance to dismiss the unknown”Molly, personal Threads account, 2026-07-26
Whether others can follow this through to the end is something we need to check.
Above are the ideas. Here is what we are actually doing this year:
The Root Code, Inner Archetype and Inner Drive tests are free forever, and you get your own role card when you finish.
